ROSY DAY

PARK OF ROSES #2
Here is another painting of a rose from the Park of Roses just outside of downtown Columbus in Clintonville.  This one was backlit and began a wonderful subject.   I remember that my mother had a rose similar to this one in her rose garden that she called a PEACE rose.  If only roses could bring about peace!! I love how translucent it looks in the sunshine.
